Free Parenting Classes

The Incredible Years Parenting Class

Facilitated by: Susan Austin, CCSD

The Incredible Years Parenting Program is an 8-week class for parents and caregivers of children ages 3—6  years old that encourages:

  •  Promoting parent competencies and support
  • Teaching positive discipline
  • Handling misbehavior
  • Establishing household rules, routines and limit setting
  • Strengthening children’s social skills & emotion regulation
  • School readiness skills
  • Using play and praise to strengthen parent-child relationships
  • Coping with stress and anger management
