How Do I Qualify?
To qualify, students must be referred through a school counselor or school social worker. Students are referred for services through school-based referral teams comprised of SFAS clinical staff, school counselors, school social workers, teachers and administrators. The team evaluates the student’s overall needs and develops a plan for intervention and support.
